Standard Operating Procedure: AI Brain Rules (Prompt Registry)

1.0 Purpose

To save and manage the "Main Rules" used to make HWB images and AI responses. In our company, the "Recipe" (the instructions we give the AI) is a very valuable asset.

2.0 Scope

Applies to all AI instructions for logos, website designs, and company rules.

3.0 Universal Mandates (2026 Baseline)

1. The Recipe is the Asset: The image is just a result; the instructions (the prompt) are the real value.
2. Brain Storage: Every new "Main Rule" must be saved to the SigmaPrompts database table.
3. Real Files: Always mention the real folder path for where the images are saved.

4.0 Standard Storage Protocol

Before we use a new AI rule, we must save its "DNA": * AI Model: Which brain did we use? (e.g., Gemini 1.5). * Main Rule: The exact words we used. * File Location: The exact spot on the server. * Rule Version: Which version is this? (e.g., v2.1.0).

5.0 Verification (Zero-Defect Check)

• Rules work every time we run them.
