HWB Privacy Policy

1.0 Commitment to Data Fidelity

HWB Cleaning Services LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' and employees' data. We handle all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with industrial discipline and strictly adhere to North Texas and Texas state data protection standards.

2.0 Universal Mandates (2026 Baseline)

  1. Zero Synthetic Data: We only collect empirical data required for service delivery and compliance.
  2. Guidance First: If a client requests data sharing with a 3rd party, ASK the CEO before facilitating.
  3. Physical Truth: All sensitive database records are stored in the encrypted PostgreSQL production container.
  4. TCPA Telephone Consent: Explicit opt-in prior express consent is mandatory before B2B telephone or text (SMS) marketing outreach. Consent telemetry must be recorded in lead metadata.
  5. TDPSA State Rights: Uphold and respect Texas resident consumer privacy rights (Access, Delete, Correct, Portability, and Opt-Out), including a transparent rights desk and a functional appeal process.

3.0 Data Collection

We collect only the essential "Handshake" information: * Name, Email, and Phone for Lead Ingestion. * Building SQF, Traffic Cycle, and TCPA consent flags for B2B proposal accuracy. * Employment history and certifications for HR compliance.

4.0 Data Usage

Data is used strictly for: * Generating accurate, secure cleaning quotes and technical scopes of work. * Maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 audit trail. * Managing automated agent interactions via the Tiered Memory system.

5.0 Verification (Zero-Defect Check)

  • Annual internal security audit (HWB-QMS-9.2).
  • Traceability checks of TCPA consent flags inside PostgreSQL leads tables.
  • Audit of consumer rights request responses and appeal logs under TDPSA timelines.
