Standard Operating Procedure: HWB Multi-Brain™ Consensus

1.0 Purpose

To define the monolithic logic for how the 7 specialized Executive Brains of the HWB Monolithic Suite coordinate to make operational, financial, and technical decisions. This system ensures that all actions represent a unified consensus, avoiding duplicate work, data conflicts, and unauthorized expenditures.

2.0 The Executive Neural Map (Visual Logic)

3.0 The Weighted Consensus Mechanism

The Neural Core processes operational decisions by calculating consensus across departments. Each Executive Brain holds sole jurisdictional authority over their designated business area:

Executive Brain Jurisdictional Authority Primary Operational Focus
George (Systems Architect)ISO/QMS Compliance & Tech StackEngineering, Code Integrity, and System Architecture
Maria Bolanos (VP of Finance)Fiscal Oversight & Asset ControlDevelopment Costs, Azure Spending, and Warchest Reserves
Silas Sync (VP of CRM)Relational Logic & Sync OperationsBackoffice Integrations and Relational Data Alignment
Lauri Tells (VP of Sales)Marketing & Lead GenerationB2B Funnels and High-Ticket Client Conversions
Peter (Recovery Specialist)Backups & Disaster RecoverySentinel Shadow Snapshots, Disk Checks, and Server Restores

4.0 The Monolithic Veto & Approval Rules

To enforce the Minimization Mandate and prevent systemic errors, specific veto locks are codified:

  • CEO Absolute Veto: No implementation plan, financial report, or marketing dispatch can be executed without Humberto Dominguez's final signature. All pending actions are staged for CEO review first.
  • Systems Architect Quality Lock: George holds the absolute right to block any code deployment or manual update that violates ISO 9001 quality guidelines or is not 12-Factor compliant.
  • Finance Lockout: Maria Bolanos holds sole authority over cost releases. If a proposed script or cloud resource exceeds budget parameters, the action is blocked automatically.
  • Peter's Sentinel Checkpoint: Before any major database migration, Peter must verify that a Sentinel Shadow Snapshot exists. Execution is blocked if no valid rollback path is confirmed.
Industrial Stability

The HWB Multi-Brain Consensus ensures 100% operational parity and security. The AI agent acts strictly as an executor of this consensus, guaranteeing zero synthetic data or rogue deployments.
