Executive Standards Transition Charter

Official declaration adopting the newly published ISO 9001:2026 international quality standard, the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 artificial intelligence management standard, and modernization of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security controls across all HWB Cleaning Services operations.

1.0 Executive Purpose & Strategic Context

On September 16, 2026, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) officially published ISO 9001:2026 (6th Edition), replacing the previous 2015 standard. This charter formalizes HWB Cleaning Services LLC's commitment to early adoption, setting a three-year transition timeline ending in September 2029.

In addition, HWB operates advanced autonomous AI tools (including Lead AI Estimator Yamamoto Moto, Lead Systems Architect George, VP of Systems Silas Sync, and Quality Gatekeeper Tessa). To ensure these technologies remain transparent, ethical, and error-free, HWB formally adopts ISO/IEC 42001:2023 (Artificial Intelligence Management System) as a core pillar of company governance.

2.0 Core Standards Adopted Under This Charter

Pillar 1: ISO 9001:2026 (Quality Management Systems)

• Digital Systems Integration: Requires verifying that software tools and digital calculations maintain consistent service quality.
• Quality Culture & Leadership Ethics: Mandates transparent leadership, employee feedback loops, and clinical accountability.
• Climate & Environmental Resilience: Expands Clause 4.1 and 4.2 to evaluate severe Texas weather impacts and enforce biodegradable, EPA Safer Choice green cleaning chemistries.
• Operational Agility: Stricter vetting of independent cleaning crews and backup staffing plans.

Pillar 2: ISO/IEC 42001:2023 (Artificial Intelligence Management System)

• Human-in-the-Loop Sovereign Authority: AI agents may propose formulas, run takeoff estimates, and filter public leads, but no contract, proposal, or code deployment may execute without explicit CEO Humberto Dominguez approval.
• Data Provenance & Zero Synthetic Data: Strict prohibition of fake or placeholder data across all operational ledgers.
• Algorithmic Verification: Mandatory automated regression testing via scripts/yamamoto_bid_test_suite.py prior to bid releases.
• AI Transparency Notices: Discrepancy warnings inserted on automated takeoffs whenever blueprints lack finish schedules.

Pillar 3: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security Controls)

• Control A.8.10 (Data Deletion): Automatic purging of transient tracking breadcrumbs after 30 days.
• Control A.8.11 (Data Masking): Keystroke masking for banking numbers and employee phone numbers.
• Control A.8.16 (Monitoring Activities): Immutable PostgreSQL WORM security audit trail tracking all user authentication and administrative actions.
• Control A.8.28 (Secure Coding): 100-point pre-flight parity audits and automated bot defense filters.
