Standard Operating Procedure: Environmental Management SOP
1.0 Purpose
This SOP establishes the framework for HWB Cleaning Services LLC’s Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001:2015.
2.0 Universal Mandates (2026 Baseline)
- Guidance First: If a chemical's environmental impact is unknown, ASK the CEO before procurement.
- Tier 6 Telemetry: Log all eco-audit results in the tactical DB.
3.0 Procedure
- Green Certification: Prioritize chemicals with Green Seal or EPA Safer Choice marks.
- Dilution Control: Mandate automated dilution to prevent toxic runoff.
- Waste Sorting: All recyclable materials must be processed through designated streams.
4.0 Verification (Zero-Defect Check)
- Quarterly SDS verification.
- Annual ISO 14001 impact audit.
