Standard Operating Procedure: Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)

1.0 Purpose

To define the procedure for identifying and controlling potential hazards before technical cleaning tasks begin.

2.0 Universal Mandates (2026 Baseline)

  1. Guidance First: If a hazard is unique (e.g., specific medical equipment), ASK the CEO before mitigating.
  2. Physical Truth: Use absolute paths for the JHA Digital Form (templates/jha_form.html).

3.0 Procedure

  1. Selection: Choose the task (e.g. Scrubber Operation).
  2. Breakdown: List the basic steps.
  3. Audit: Identify potential hazards (e.g. Wet Floors).
  4. Action: Implement controls (e.g. "Caution" cones).

4.0 Verification (Zero-Defect Check)

  • JHA Form completed and signed by the technician.
  • PPE verified by supervisor before "Active" state.
