Standard Operating Procedure: Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
1.0 Purpose
This SOP formalizes HWB’s commitment to a safe workplace, aligning with ISO 45001:2018.
2.0 Universal Mandates (2026 Baseline)
- Physical Truth: Use absolute paths for all Site Survey artifacts.
- Tier 6 Telemetry: Every safety incident must be logged instantly.
3.0 Procedure
- Site Surveys: Perform mandatory JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) before starting any new contract.
- PPE Standard: Zero-tolerance for working without approved safety gear.
- Hazard Tracking: Identify and mitigate risks like "Slip/Trip/Fall" and chemical exposure.
4.0 Verification (Zero-Defect Check)
- Monthly safety walk-throughs recorded in the Activity Log.
