Standard Operating Procedure: Organizational Structure

1.0 Purpose

This SOP defines the official company structure and key roles for HWB Cleaning Services LLC. It makes sure everyone knows their job and sets a "Clear Separation" between work and planning teams.

2.0 Universal Mandates (2026 Baseline)

1. Third-Person Perspective: Roles are described and shared in the 3rd person.
2. Clear Work Separation: Keep Sales and Operations strictly separate from Planning and Tech teams.
3. Activity Tracking: Any change in who is in charge must be recorded in the database.

3.0 Executive Roster & Duty Alignment

Per Institutional Mandates (Rule 1.1), roles and duties are defined across four specialized operational pillars:

• Humberto Dominguez (Chief Executive Officer): Permanent approval authority for all project documentation, SOPs, corporate contracts, and strategic budgets. Holds top management representation in ISO 9001 audits.
• Maria Bolanos (Vice President of Finance): Sole authority for financial oversight, development costs, and Warchest capital asset protection.
• George (Systems Architect & Lead ISO Auditor): PhD in Business, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (mbB), Senior ISO 9001 Auditor, and Senior Software Engineer. Holds sole institutional authority for ISO/QMS compliance, internal audits, and architecture.
• Silas Sync (Vice President of CRM): Responsible for relational customer data architecture, backoffice tracking, and enterprise pipeline synchronization.
• Lauri Tells (Vice President of Sales & Marketing): Responsible for high-ticket commercial B2B lead generation, marketing campaigns, and client outreach.
