Standard Operating Procedure: EHSQ Management System SOP
1.0 Purpose
This SOP establishes the unified Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) Department. It ensures all SigmaFidelity™ operations comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards through an integrated industrial framework.
2.0 Scope
Applies to all HWB personnel, chemical handling, and digital analytics systems.
3.0 Universal Mandates (2026 Baseline)
- Guidance First: If a safety risk is unmapped, ASK the CEO before proceeding.
