3.0 Reporting Channels

4.0 Escalation Protocol (COPQ Management)
If a critical defect is identified (e.g., website downtime, 404 links, or data integrity failure):
1. Immediate: Log in the ai_correction_log.md.
2. Notification: Automated alert to the CEO during the next Daily Report.
3. Resolution: Execution of a Corrective Action Request (CAR) via HWB-QMS-FORM-005.
